HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND REDUCE FEAR

Research has shown that people who are involved in their community have a better chance of living longer and better, as compared to those who just keep to themselves and stay in their own little world.

Our emotional existence is built on creating relationships with people. And to do this, we must first get involved in the community so that we would get to know more people. This would thus lead to, us experiencing a longer and better life.

Research has shown that people who are more involved in their communities are actually much happier as compared to the rest.

Being involved would give a sense of belonging which would lead to trust being built among the members. This would in turn lead to being optimistic with life.

Mental health is directly protected by optimism.

Better mental health would equal to a better physical health. This means that you would not be riddled with all kinds of different ailments and illnesses or even diseases. Even if you should undergo an operation, you would be able to recover faster as compared to those who have isolated themselves from their communities.

When you change your mind you change the world we live in.
